Kids Activities
Alpacas & Ponies! One Pony or Alpaca will be crowned as The People's Choice Winner at 10:45AM
 
Learn about traditional fiber arts with demonstrations throughout the event by the Three Rivers Weaving, Spinning and All Fiber Arts Guild. Guild member will showcase a sock knitting machine, fiber spinning, and weaving. You will get to see what alpaca fiber, and others, are used for and see examples of alpaca roving, batts, yarn, cord yard on display. This event supports Rotary's fight to end polio forever. Polio has been reduced by 99.9%. 20 million children are walking today that would otherwise be paralyzed if it wasn’t for major polio eradication efforts. There is no cure for polio, but it is preventable through vaccines. Rotary and our partners are working to immunize over 3 billion children worldwide. If polio exists anywhere, it threatens children everywhere.
