Best known for fútbol, Messi, world-class beef, Malbec and Iguazú Falls, Argentina also happens to be the homeland of our newest Rotary Youth Exchange student, Gerva!
Just a month ago, we said Ciao! to Giorgia, and this week RAH got to say ¡Hola! to Gerva, as we welcomed him to the United States! 
And because no Wisconsin welcome is complete without it, his first stop was Culver’s. His review? “It’s much bigger and better than burgers in Argentina!”

Gerva will spend the next year living the Midwest life, immersing himself in our culture and teaching us about his country along the way. He will be attending La Crescent High School and is settling in nicely with his first host family, the Severns/Santolins.
We can’t wait for all the adventures, experiences and memories awaiting him! ¡Bienvenido, Gerva!
